Day two of fall break.. I had no idea what to do. I wanted to make it special for the kids.
After a relaxing morning we decided to go to Cornbellies.

We picked a good day, since they were having some extra fun things going on.
There was a parade of odd characters.
Jack has always been terrified of the Chick-fil-a cow.
This time he told me that he wasn't going to be scared. But his little hand still quivered as he reached up for a high-5.
There was tick-or-treating in the corn maze.
The kids loved getting full size candy and lots and lots of coupons.
We came to some princesses and Lilly was SO excited!
She had a nice chat with them as they admired her clothes.
I should have recorded their conversation, it was so cute.
The news said the weather was going to be clear but cool. It ended up being super HOT.
Later I found out it was 70 degrees!
There were lots of little things for the kids to do.
Lila mostly just hung out in her stroller. I was roasting in that sweater!
She's always such a good baby! Happy to just hang out.
As the day wore on we all started getting tired and hungry. Lila was so great about napping in her stroller
Jack started getting really cranky.
Jack wanted to be the baby corn......
As good as I was able to get. Time to go home and take a nap!
It was a hot, busy, fun day!
But fall break isn't over yet!................
