He's starting to crawl! He loves getting on his hands and knees and rocking back and forth. He's only recently tried forward motion. He's pretty good at going backwards- all until he backs himself into a wall then he gets really mad. He can't figure out yet how to make his hand's move as fast as his legs. He end's up with his face in the carpet most of the time. Not too much longer before I really have to baby proof things. If he's anything like what his father was like that means that there will have to be a lot of baby proofing. The man also walked when he was 9 months old. I better enjoy what time I have left of this kid before he turns really mobile!
You may not be able to tell in this picture, but he's sitting up! He's got ab's of steal! He wants to see what's going on so badly. He's pretty good while sitting on the bed, but once he's on the hard floor he's not very good.
It's something that I never experienced with Ella- since she never had a bottle- Jack can hold his bottle all by himself! The thought hadn't really occurred to me until while in the car he just picked it up and started drinking. I wish that I had tried it a lot sooner! He's also stopped liking pacifiers. Weird. He also hates baby food, what baby doesn't want baby food!? He hasn't really liked anything that I've given him. I even have been making home made stuff, he doesn't like it. He doesn't like anything. If anyone has any good idea's let me know. He still loves nursing the best. I love it when he's tired and as soon as he latches on his eye's roll back in his head. Weird I know, but I think it's so cute.
