The Rain

We all sighed in relief yesterday as the rain started coming down.

It's been so hot, I couldn't take it anymore!

While driving home from an appointment the rain was coming down so hard that I could hardly see through the windshield. Everyone on the freeway was going 35 miles per hour.

It was great.

Later that afternoon it started clearing up.

Just in time for Ella to play in it.

(Jack was taking a nap)

I look forward to more days like this one....
