Jack is 6 years old

My boy is 6 years old now!

It's strange to think that back on before he was born. 

Life wasn't what I had always hoped it would be. I wanted him so badly.

He's my miracle baby. I'm thankful for him everyday.

He is such a hard worker.

He is out for justice and always wants to do whats right!

He loves being outside and being active.

He's my shy boy, who always gets anxious. 

He is responsible.

He is caring and loving, he's still my cuddle buddy!

He is my only boy.

He was so excited to wear the new sweatshirt he got from the Ballard's this morning!

Today was not only Jack's birthday at school, it was also their class Thanksgiving party!

At the first of the year I signed up to help.

We did lots of crafts, played games and had lots of snacks.

I brought cupcakes and everyone in the class sang to Jack.

It was such a fun day in with Jack and his class.

It was made even more special by having Grandma and Aunt Sarah come too!

The rest of the day was pretty normal, since he had such an awesome party a couple of days ago.

Jack's 6th Birthday Party

I don't know WHY on earth it's always so hard to plan Jack's birthday. Like it sneaks up on me.

I think that by this time of year I'm already getting into Christmas mode...

Jack has wanted a Star Wars party for a couple of years now. Ever since his friend Luke had one.

When he got home from school he was pretty happily surprised that Ryan and I had set everything up for the big party!

We had light saber gift bags, Yoda soda and of course Han Solo trapped in jello

Even the light sabers the figures had on the cake lit up!

Jack was laughing the entire time he was wearing each of these!

He couldn't wait to try the next one!

It might look like Yoda, 3CPO, Princess and Darth... 

but really it's Camille, Liam, Lilly and Jack!

Again..

Anna, always a good sport

Jack's favorite movie of all time is home alone.

"A cheese pizza, just for me!"

He wanted his very own pizza!

It's always fun to have everyone come and help celebrate

Even the neighbor-kids came back for the party.

If the TV is on, Dad's watching it. No matter what it is.

Jack LOVED his cake!

Singing Happy Birthday to Jack. He enjoyed every second!

Then it was time for presents. We all thought it was funny that he wanted his picture taken with each gift. So cute! He would say "Mom, Mom, take my picture!"

 

I love when everyone starts yelling out what they think his presents are.. like a Barbie... It was a light saber Wii remote!

He was just a little happy to get the new Star Wars Wii game!

Can it be!? Four months already!

I thought I was done having babies after Lilly, I'm so glad we had an encore!

After taking some shots of Lila, Lilly "thought" she wanted some too.

Mary and her family are here for Thanksgiving and so we thought we would try and get some pictures of her kids too. Scarlett did not like it.
