We had a wonderful Easter. Usually in the morning's I have to wake Ella up, even on Christmas. But this morning she was up before the sun all on her own. She was very excited. She loved Hannah Montana so much, even though she has no idea who it is and has never seen the show. She just knows one of her songs. She was so excited to get a Hannah Montana doll that sings her favorite song! Jack got 101 Dalmatians, Ella was glad that I thought it would be ok for her to watch it too. After church we ate our ham dinner and Ella found all of the eggs. Then we all took a nap. It was a great day! We hope that you all had a great day too and remembered to think of our Savior on this anniversary of our greatest blessing. The day of Atonement!

Later that night....
Day Before Easter
What a day. We had a lot going on. We started by going to our wards Easter breakfast. Ella had seen a big Easter bunny at Cost-co a few weeks back and had been really afraid. This time she told me that she could be brave. He was very nice and was even handing out candy. Then we were off to karate for Ella to move up to an official Orange belt, but we got there too late! We are never late, I don't know what happened. (Now they are going to do it on Tuesday.) We then drove down to Mapleton to a super fun Easter egg hunt! We've gone with Lisa and Paige the last two years! Ella got to ride a horse, go on an Easter egg hunt, get her face painted, pet animals, play carnival games and ride on a very bumpy, fast hay ride! She and Paige went on it like 10 times! They had a blast!
Lamby
This week while out shopping Ella came across a little stuffed animal lamb. She carried it around for a while. When we got up to check-out I told her it was time to say goodbye. She burst into tears. Not just any tears, ones of true deep sadness. Lisa was with us and had a great idea to buy it and save it just the couple of days to Easter and then it would be a wonderful surprise. So as I went to the bathroom to change Jack (who had made a real good mess in his pants) Lisa got "Lamby" as Ella has named "Her". We went off to run some more errands and as I got Ella out of the car she still had tears streaming down her face. I asked what was wrong and through sobs she told me that she just missed Lamby soooo much. I could wait any longer. As I gave it to her, she kept crying. This time for joy. She has carried her around all the time since then. Even to karate and our church Easter breakfast. They are best friends.
Of course I had to throw in some pictures of Jack too!

Lady and the Tramp
Tonight Ella and I were dancing in her room to her Disney CD and I had to video her dancing and singing to the lady and the tramp song- It's the funniest thing I've ever seen!

Aaron, Jamie and Lucy
My handsome brother, his beautiful wife and their adorable daughter came to see us today! It was so nice to see them. We just ate dinner, had a little desert and played with the kids. Lucy is such a sweet little lady. Ella loved her so much. She kept kissing her, hugging her and calling her "a cute little bundle". Lucy loved Jack and loved giving him kisses! She's already so grown up! We can't wait to see them again this summer when we go out to Wisconsin for a visit!

Baby Talk
Jack figured out how talk- baby talk! It's so cute!
(Mom I thought that you might like to see his expression while... working on something. Look reminiscent!?)
